Melanie was brought up in South Yorkshire, and now lives and works on the outskirts of London. Her bold and compelling work captures urban landscapes in transition, contrasting remnants of our industrial past with modern construction and development. The underlying theme in her work is change, capturing a point-in-time in a fast-moving environment.
