The exhibition features new and recent works by Sandra Black, George Haynes, Nigel Hewitt and Tony Windberg. Sandra Black’s porcelain vessels trace a sequence of journeys across Western Australian landscapes, from the south through to the Pilbara. George Haynes captures the shifting terrain of the Mid-West through his ongoing Little Salt Lake series. Nigel Hewitt’s Fertile Ground series, made from bushfire ash, form evocative tributes and calls for environmental action. Tony Windberg presents new multi-panel works exploring the vulnerability of nature through layered materials, contrasting control and chaos with subtle colour embedded in resin and pigment.
